How long does the plumping last?

The tingle lasts 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on layers applied. The visible plump peaks at 30-45 minutes and gradually fades over 2-3 hours. The hydration? That lasts all day.

Is the tingling supposed to feel like that?
