HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation on your WhatsApp and registered email address. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, reach out to us on WhatsApp or email at care@antinorm.co with your registered email ID, phone number, and payment screenshot

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER ID?

Your Order ID is mentioned in the order confirmation message and email sent after successful placement.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, OR EMAIL ID?

Yes, changes can be requested within 3 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email at care@antinorm.co  Once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders placed during regular periods can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. Cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing the order or before shipping, whichever is earlier, by contacting us on WhatsApp or at care@antinorm.co with your Order ID

No. Our products are multifunctional, travel friendly, and designed to replace multiple products, eliminating the need for minis or samples.

Yes. All our products are designed specifically for Indian climate, skin types, and lifestyles.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?

Yes. We are a 100 percent vegan and cruelty free brand.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE DURING PREGNANCY AND LACTATION?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Delivery timelines are typically:

  • 3 to 5 business days for metro cities
  • 5 to 7 business days for non-metro areas
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your WhatsApp and registered email address.

WHAT IF I WAS UNAVAILABLE DURING DELIVERY?

Our courier partners usually attempt delivery up to three times. If you miss an attempt, you will receive a WhatsApp message to reschedule, and the delivery agent may call you to confirm a suitable time.
After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

WHAT IF MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification. The dispute window with our shipping partners closes after this period.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TRAVEL FRIENDLY?

Yes. All products are designed with ergonomic, utility first packaging suitable for travel.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN OPEN OR TAMPERED PACKAGE?

Do not accept any package where the outer seal is broken or tampered with. If an open package is accepted, we will not be liable for damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

We accept all major prepaid payment methods and Partial Cash on Delivery.

HOW DOES PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY WORK?

For Partial COD orders, Rs. 200 is collected at checkout. The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.
