RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return/ exchange my order?
Returns are accepted only for physically damaged products, defects, or incorrect shipments. Please email us at care@antinorm.co with an unboxing video and photos of the issue within 24 hours of receipt. Photos must clearly show the damage or defect to accept your complaint. Claims not reported within 24 hours cannot be processed as the window for raising them with the shipping partner closes after this period. All returns must be in original packaging. If the product is not returned in appropriate condition, your return will be disqualified, and we'll reship it back to you.
Returns are not accepted for used/opened items or altered serial numbers. Upon receiving the returned product, ‘Antinorm’ will inspect and validate the claim. Once approved, a replacement will be sent; if ineligible, the product will be returned to you.
The package I received is open. What should I do?
Please refrain from accepting orders if the outer packaging is open or the seal has been tampered with. If you accept an open package from the delivery agent, we cannot take responsibility for it and will not be liable for any physically damaged or defective products, nor for missing or incorrect items.
The product doesn’t suit me. Can I return it?
If a product isn't suitable for your skin or hair, it cannot be returned. Skincare is a personal experience, and not every product will work for everyone. This is a risk buyers take when purchasing skincare and beauty items from any source. If you have questions about how to use the product properly, feel free to contact us anytime, and we'll assist you in using it correctly.
When will I receive my refund in case of return?
Once your return request gets approved, our delivery agent will collect the product from you. When it arrives at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check and process a full refund. Generally, you can expect to see the refund in your original account within 7 to 14 business days.
